If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

You may not register if you are under the age of 18 years or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended 1AD members. If you do not qualify, please do not register.

If you are registering to 1 Asian Directory, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement.
YOUR information
You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to 1AD and any consequences that may result from your advertisement. We do not edit postings, we do however, reserve the right to refuse or delete postings that we believe are inappropriate.
Information provided by users of 1 Asian Directory
We do not control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Site. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful or inaccurate. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using the Site. Please note that there maybe risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretences. By using this site, you agree to accept such risks and agree that 1AD is not responsible for the acts of users on the site.

Breach

You must not manipulate the price of any item displayed on 1AD or interfere with other user's listing(s). If you are a business user and go bankrupt, 1AD will not refund any payments to you.
REFUND POLICY
Only under exceptional circumstances, refunds can be made if you have been over charged, or an error has occurred with payment. You agree to accept the following conditions:
